Reason for testing:
To determine the cause and sources of moisture in a building, identify and quantify the amount and types of mold present.
Method:
An on site inspection is performed with moisture meters to determine the cause and/or source of moisture in the building. Air and/or wipe samples are collected for laboratory growth of existing mold in the building.
Results:
A report is prepared identifying the quantity and types of mold present in addition to identifying any current moisture problems. Recommendations are given to correct any noted problems.
