Why consider an environmental report:
ENVIRO TESTING has partnered with Environmental Data Resources to help eliminate surprises when you are selling or buying a home by offering EDR's Neighborhood Environmental Report. This report can help identify environmental contaminates on and around a residential property such as:
- Leaking underground fuel or gas tanks that can contaminate soil and groundwater
- Homes formerly used as "meth" labs, where residual chemicals can cause illness
- Contamination from nearby industrial sites, accidental toxic spills or leaks
- EPA and State top priority clean-up properties
Method:
A certified inspector will generate a report that outlines both the potential hazards within 300 feet of the property and any potential issues in the surrounding neighborhood.
Results:
A report describing the findings and where the information was obtained from is made available, and as always, we are here to answer any and all questions you may have.
