Environmental Testing and Consulting Services
To provide our customers with greater options when having a home inspected, ENVIRO TESTING offers the following environmental testing services listed below. These tests are not part of our standard home inspection, but they can be conducted at the time of the inspection for an additional fee. The cost of the tests varies depending upon how many of the types of tests are performed and, in the case of asbestos and lead paint, how many different building components are sampled.
We do not require you to receive a home inspection from us in order to test your home for these substances. If you do not need or want a home inspection, but wish to have any of the above tests conducted on your house, you can still contact us to come out and perform the testing.
